The Sunset House is a brand new uniquely designed modern, 3-story, 3,000 ft vacation home, offering a luxurious escape from the hustle of everyday life. Nestled in a lush rainforest jungle in the back yard, it’s only 300 meter from the stunning beach which is just a beautiful 7 minute walk. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. Upon entering the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a garden and a beautiful spiral staircase. A large dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it convenient to wash and dry wet, sandy swimsuits and return home with clean clothes. Laundry detergent is provided.
On the 2nd floor, you’ll find four bedrooms: two jungle view rooms with two queen beds each, complete with a toilet and shower. One of these bedrooms features a large balcony overlooking the ocean and jungle. The two master bedrooms each have a king bed, walk-in closet, dual-head shower, double sink and an ocean view balcony.

The bedrooms are designed to be as pleasant as possible with super comfortable beds featuring built in charging ports (6 USB/type C on each bed) Big screen smart Tv with access to premium TV services such as HBO Max and Disney plus. You can use your personal Acct info to log in to and other of your favorite streaming services
Each room and living space has Alexa echo speaker And super fast internet (300MB) is available throughout the premises of the entire house.
The luxurious pool features lounging chairs both on the Baja step and on the deck, offering a view straight into the protected jungle. Nearby, there’s a shaded hangout area with seating for 12 people, complete with a table and TV. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with a full sized barbecue with a rotisserie spinner, perfect for making poolside meals and keeping the mess outside. Behind the outdoor kitchen you’ll find a restroom and shower. For those who enjoy a game of billiards, there’s an outdoor pool table as well.

For the surfers and boogie boarders- Playa Grande has one of the best surfing spots in the area. You can take classes or just rent boards and the local surf stores
For the adventurous types- zipline through the jungle, drive ATVs through rivers, hike mountains to cliff dive, or take a canoe tour—all just an hour away. Prefer to relax? Enjoy the many restaurants and the beautiful beach within walking distance.

What a beautiful house and amazing stay. We felt right at home in Elad’s place. The house was beautiful and welcoming with multiple beautiful gathering areas for our group. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and kitchen was central to both the indoor living area and the beautiful outdoor garden and pool area.

Overall a great stay! The bathrooms had a bit of a sewage smell and the house was not particularly well-equipped in terms of supplies, but otherwise all was good. The house is in excellent condition and has a really unique design. We had a fantastic time and the proximity to the beach is great.

Wrinkles are Overrated
I can’t recommend this airbnb enough! We had a party of 9 staying for a bachelorette party and it was perfect in so many ways. The home itself is so cool with an awesome pool and roof, great design, comfortable beds and plenty of space for us. The hosts were SO helpful & responsive throughout the whole weekend. Carmit helped set up grocery delivery and massage therapists that came to the house and did a great job. Excellent service all around. Location is very convenient – The beach was a quick walk, as were several restaurants and shops.

Regarding the bathroom smell, we want to share that in Costa Rica, especially in tropical areas near the ocean, occasional odors can come from the surrounding environment rather than the house itself.
